The Brewers Apprentice

A few weeks ago 10 members of the FSOS headed down to the Brewers Apprentice in Freehold on a mission. We were bound to make our own beer. Not interested in anything to do with grapes. Not for us a cheeky merlot or chablis with a piquant aftertaste. We wanted beer. Well beer we got. About 440 22oz bottles to be precise. That and a lot of laughs. When we returned two weeks later to bottle up the fruits of our labor there happened to be a staff member from the Star Ledger there with a video camera. The Brewer’s Apprentice lets customers make their own beer
