The Order Of The Friendly Sons Of The Shillelagh

The first of The Belmar Parade Fundraisers took place on January 18, 2009 at FSOS to a packed house with entertainment provided by the Pipes and Drums of FSOS, led by John Hatton, traditional Irish music by Burns & Cashman, and broadcast live on The Voice Of Ireland, WRSU FM, DJ Michael Callaghan. There was continuous live entertainment, dancers, food, and great fellowship throughout the day. Kudos to Charlie Donnelly and the Parade Committee for organizing the event. Onward to The Belmar St. Patrick's Parade scheduled for March 1, 2009.
